I Got A Feeling; Black Eye Peas

It was Jason’s surprise birthday party yesterday. So before that I had to run around get him his present (Asterix comics), and he already had like twenty of them. I had to talk to some creepy cashier at Borders. Run off to another Borders, thinking they had the rest of them but since the universe hates me and the information counter guy at Borders got it wrong, there were only two there. So then, I thought, my dad was in OU, so I’ll ask him to come and pick it up for me. I called him, he said he didn’t know what time he was going to be back. Okay. Then as I was on my way to OU, he calls and says, “Oh we’re leaving now, so what’s that book you want?” So forget that, I was going to go and get it myself. Then when I reach, my daddy sends me a text and tells me, they’re still here. O_O *huff* And M&M were with me the whole time. At least at the end of it, we had gelato.

Then, going to Country Heights in Kajang with Josh and J. We were late. Missed the surprised bit. Got lost. Went for a “tour” of Kajang Town. Were actually on the right track but circled the area instead. J was starving in the car, which is a first. And we reached there about an hour after we left home. But it was worth the effort.

Now, everyone at the party knows even more incriminating things about Jason and all his embarrassing childhood photographs will be splashed all over fb soon. (Go Yan Ming! Haha.) And watching Jason giggle (which is really that creepy laugh, he has) as he realises his present was his beloved comic books. Priceless. But I might have to meet with a therapist. Haha.

Edit: We ended up watching Jennifer’s Body because I couldn’t tell the difference between am and pm. In my defense, I wasn’t paying much attention when I was booking the tickets. Anyway, the movie was bad. Like reallyreallyreally bad. Like it was so bad that it was funny. If you’re reading this, and you want to watch it, don’t. It’ll save you two hours of your life which you could actually spend doing something like trying to save the world.

Thank you, everyone who made turning twenty first such an amazing experience, albeit the cold weather and being a thousand miles away from home. For those who came all the way just to spend the weekend with me, I couldn’t ask for more awesome friends.
